Yes, I swear, certify and guarantee that I've asked everyone else who has used this piece of equipment what the problems and inadequacies are with it and that I've been entirely truthful and complete in detailing this equipment. I understand that Medauction requires that I fully ascertain and explain all problems, inadequacies and/or omissions of critical details. I understand that this world has many people who intentionally/dishonestly omit negative information AND HISTORY from items they are selling--I swear, certify, guarantee and stake my career that I'm not one of those people. I understand that this "Swear Box" and verbiage will show up on the details page for buyers to view, whether checked or not--and that buyers undoubtedly will make judgments based on this box. When this item is inspected prior to pick up, if there are any material misrepresentations or omissions found by Medauction to be contained in this listing--I hereby promise to pay the prospective buyer 5% of the value of the sale price. The most common SCAM is to list an item without fully disclosing ALL cosmetic or functionality problems with the equipment--this is a dishonest SCAM--DON'T DO IT. After a thorough investigation, if it is determined that any Buyer or Seller is found to have misrepresented or omitted any information--on either side of a sale--Medauction will ban that person, or persons, from Medauction and will post their name on the Blacklist and on at least 5 of the websites that regard scammers. Neither Medauction, nor its customers want Sellers who aren't 100% honest and ethical.
